  • CMI’s skilled and experienced instructors bring accessible, engaging and evidence-based mindfulness presentations, training and ongoing series to your organization. We develop mindfulness programs for businesses, schools, nonprofits and other organizations
  • We work with our clients to design and implement customized mindfulness solutions for specific organizational needs; these programs range from a few hours, to time-limited series (4 to 12 weeks), to ongoing offerings
  • Along with flexible, customizable programs (see below), CMI offers the gold standard mindfulness education course, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the flagship program developed by pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn. This program is an eight-week series of 2.5 hour sessions that presents a strong foundation in mindfulness concepts and skills which can support the development of an ongoing personal practice for participants

Service

Description

Intro to mindfulness presentations and trainings Ranging from 1-6 hours of engagement, these “one-off” programs expose your team to mindfulness concepts and techniques; they include guided introductory practices and support to start a personal mindfulness practice at home or work.
Mindfulness education series Create a more robust multi-session mindfulness program. CMI will schedule several sessions with your organization to support a more expansive mindfulness experience to promote wellness and stress-reduction among your employees. These programs can be tailored to your needs and might range from four to 12 sessions
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) series This eight-week series is the gold standard for mindfulness education. Originally developed by pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn, this program is research-proven to promote a range of physical and mental health benefits; this course creates a strong foundation for participants’ personal mindfulness practice
Ongoing and “drop-in” mindfulness programs Continuing mindfulness training and practice for groups to further develop mindfulness skills and experience. Ideally, participants in these programs have already completed prior or introductory programs from CMI
