- CMI’s skilled and experienced instructors bring accessible, engaging and evidence-based mindfulness presentations, training and ongoing series to your organization. We develop mindfulness programs for businesses, schools, nonprofits and other organizations
- We work with our clients to design and implement customized mindfulness solutions for specific organizational needs; these programs range from a few hours, to time-limited series (4 to 12 weeks), to ongoing offerings
- Along with flexible, customizable programs (see below), CMI offers the gold standard mindfulness education course, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the flagship program developed by pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn. This program is an eight-week series of 2.5 hour sessions that presents a strong foundation in mindfulness concepts and skills which can support the development of an ongoing personal practice for participants
